Arthur Lee Guetterman (born November 22, 1958 in Chattanooga, Tennessee) is a former Major League Baseball pitcher from 1984 to 1996 for the Seattle Mariners, New York Yankees, New York Mets, and St. Louis Cardinals. Guetterman, a southpaw relief pitcher, holds the distinction of being one of the few players ever to be involved in a trade between the two New York baseball franchises when he was dealt from the Yankees to the Mets for Tim Burke. He finished his career in 1997 with the Sioux Falls Canaries of the American Association of Independent Professional Baseball.

The son of Arthur and Ruth Guetterman, he and his wife Drew currently live in Lenoir City, Tennessee.
