Lauro Toneatto

Lauro Toneatto (born 21 January 1933 in Udine, Friuli–Venezia Giulia, died 13 May 2010 in Siena[1]) is a former Italian footballer and coach.

Biography

Lauro Toneatto played as a defender. He started his career at Empoli FC, played eight seasons at AC Siena, winning the Italian fourth division in 1956.

He was coach for 22 seasons at 12 clubs (AC Siena, AS Bari, A.C. Pisa 1909 S.S.D., US Foggia, AC Arezzo, Cagliari Calcio, SS Sambenedettese Calcio, U.C. Sampdoria, AC Pistoiese, Taranto Sport and AC Reggiana). He won Serie C in 1967 with AS Bari and Serie B in 1973 with US Foggia.
