Latvia was represented by Fomins and Kleins with the song "Dziesma par laimi" at the 2004 Eurovision Song Contest semi-final which took place on 12 May in Istanbul, Turkey. "Dziesma par laimi" was chosen as the Latvian entry at the national final, Eirodziesma, on 28 February.[1]
