Lajos Sătmăreanu, Hungarian: Lajos Szatmári (born 21 February 1944 in Nagyszalonta) is a former Romanian football player of Hungarian ethnicity.
He played for Romania too, winning 44 caps and scoring a goal. As a coach he used to work and still does at the juvenile level.
