Lady, la vendedora de rosas, is a Colombian telenovela produced by Teleset for Sony Pictures Television and RCN Televisión.[1] This is based on the life of Lady Tabares, in her time as a child and adult.[2][3]

Plot

Lady, la vendedora de rosas, a story based on real life of Lady Tabares, a woman who has a life of film. Lady raised in one of the poorest and most crime neighborhoods in Medellin, had its passage by three inmates and correctional steps days sleeping on the street and begging, in her teens she dedicated to sell roses and by a twist of fate was chosen to star in the movie La vendedora de rosas movie that was awarded in several international festivals turning it into a star of the first, but also easy to get the easy fame went and Lady returned to her neighborhood to sell roses, the worst came when she was sentenced to 26 years in prison for being involved in the death of a man. Lady in jail faced many hard things happen 13 years in jail maintaining a relationship with their children only via telephone with an unstable physical condition and psychological.
