The Kurrichane thrush (Turdus libonyana) is a species of bird in the family Turdidae. It is found in Angola, Botswana, Burundi, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Lesotho, Malawi, Mozambique, Namibia, South Africa, Swaziland, Tanzania, Zambia, and Zimbabwe. Its natural habitat is dry savanna. Its name is derived from Kaditshwene (rendered as 'Kurrichane') in Botswana.[2]
