Kuo Fang-yu (Chinese: ้ญ่ณ็ ; pinyin: Guล Fฤngyรน) is a politician in the Republic of China. He currently serves as the Permanent Deputy Minister of Labor since 17 February 2014.[1]
Early life
Kuo obtained his bachelor's degree and master's degree in diplomacy from the National Chengchi University.
