Krissann Barretto is an Indian television actress and model. She attended the Apostolic Carmel High School in Bandra, Mumbai and St. Xavier's College, Mumbai. She then attended the Government Law College, Mumbai but dropped out to pursue a career in acting.[1]

Modeling career

Barretto appeared in a Bangladeshi advertisement for Pepsi, in the music video Behka by SQS Supastars and in many dance related promos.

Acting career

Barretto started her television career by acting in episodic shows including Heroes, The Fightback Files and Yeh Hai Aashiqui on the Bindass channel. Her debut show was the popular Kaisi Yeh Yaariyan on MTV in which she portrays the glam girl Alya Saxena.[2] In this show she was part of a copy cat scene inspired by the Bollywood movie Kuch Kuch Hota Hai.[3] She also appeared in two episodes of Warrior High on MTV as Alya Saxena and in an episode of Pyaar Tune Kya Kiya on Zing as the female lead character.[4]
