Kozlov is a village and municipality (obec) in Žďár nad Sázavou District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 4.07 square kilometres (1.57 sq mi), and has a population of 209 (as at 3 July 2006).
Kozlov lies approximately 24 kilometres (15 mi) south-east of Žďár nad Sázavou, 36 km (22 mi) east of Jihlava, and 143 km (89 mi) south-east of Prague.
