Kovvur (SC) (Assembly constituency)
Kovvur Assembly constituency is a SC (Scheduled Caste)[1] reserved constituency of the Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly, India. It is one among 15 assembly constituencies in the West Godavari district. This constituency was won by Jawahar, who was supported by the TDP in 2014 general elections.
Overview
It is part of the Rajahmundry Lok Sabha constituency along with another six Vidhan Sabha segments, namely, Rajanagaram, Rajahmundry City, Rajahmundry Rural, Anaparthy, Nidadavole, and Gopalapuram.
