Kiran Jassal (born 1996) is a Malaysian model and beauty pageant titleholder who was crowned Miss Universe Malaysia 2016. She will represent her country at the 65th Miss Universe pageant.
Personal life
Kiran grew up in Subang Jaya and is the youngest in a family of four. She was trained in classical harmonium for nine years from the age of seven. Kiran became active in public speaking competitions to overcome her stage fright. She was a straight 'A's student throughout her schooling years, she dreams of running her own orthodontic practice.

Miss Universe Malaysia 2016
Jassal was crowned Miss Universe Malaysia 2016 on January 30, 2016 beating 13 other hopefuls. She will represent Malaysia at the Miss Universe 2016 pageant.[1] Kiran was favourite Miss Universe Malaysia 2016 Contestant since beginning. Many of Malaysian beauty pageant fan are happy of her winning and called her deserve winner.

She will represent Malaysia and compete at the 65th Miss Universe pageant to win the most coveted title and crown, where Pia Wurtzbach of the Philippines will crown her successor at end of the event.
