"Kimi wa Melody" (君はメロディー, You Are Melody) is the 43rd single by the Japanese idol girl group AKB48. It marks as the 10th anniversary single. It will be released in Japan on March 9, 2016. This is the last single featuring SNH48/SKE48 member Sae Miyazawa, who is graduating from both, as well of longtime member Minami Takahashi, who is graduating from AKB48 on her 25th birthday.

Music Video

The music video from this song is directed by Mika Ninagawa, who worked previously on "Heavy Rotation", "Sayonara Crawl" and "Sugar Rush". The short version of the MV was released on February 12, and the full version is available only in limited editions, and will not be released on YouTube until next single.

This song was first performed live on January 24, on the last day of AKB48 Group Request Hour 2016.
