Kharga Benjamin Basnet, also known as Khare Basnet is a Bhutanese professional football manager.
Career
His career began in Bangladesh - included various positions in the Bangladesh Football Federation, among others, was the chief secretary of the federation.
In 2002, after winning the match of Bhutan with Montserrat (4:0), Basnet decided to return to the country. He moveed to the Bhutan Football Federation, and later became coach of Bhutan national football team.[1] Under his leadership of Bhutan has suffered another big victory, 6:0 with Guam in 2003,[2] which was also the biggest win in the history of the representation of Bhutan. He coached Bhutan national football team until 2008.[3]
Currently Khare Basnet is the Bhutan Football Federation's general secretary.[4]
