Kevin Wayne Pearson (born April 10, 1957) has been a general authority of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (LDS Church) since 2008. He is a member of the First Quorum of the Seventy.
Pearson grew up in Salt Lake City, Utah.
As a young man, Pearson was a Mormon missionary in the Finland Helsinki Mission. He received a bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Utah and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He worked for the Brighton Consulting Group and later Ernst & Young. From 1991 to 1997, he was the COO/CFO of Medicode and from 1998 to 2005 he was the CEO of Ingenix.
In the LDS Church, Pearson has served in several positions, including bishop. From 2005 to 2008, he served as president of the Washington Tacoma Mission. He was still serving in Washington when he was called to the First Quorum of the Seventy. As a general authority, he has served as an Assistant Executive Director of the Missionary Department, as a counselor in the both the church's Europe East and Pacific areas, since 2014, as president of the Pacific Area, based in Auckland, New Zealand.
Pearson and his wife, June, are the parents of six children.
