    Kesavaram, meaning abode of Sri Krishna and Lord Vishnuis a village located 10 km off the Karimnagar Highway (Rajiv Rahadir) from Shamirpet lake on the road leading to Moodchinta pally ( MC Pally ) and approximately 6 km to Kolthur Village, the Biotech Park. It is primarily depending on agriculture and goat/sheep farming. Balaji Temple or the Ratnalayam Temple arch forms the entrance to the road leading to the village. It is the Gram Panchayat Village and has a Hamlet Narshetpally. It also has a Junior College close by.
