Ken Cheng

Ken Cheng, is a British born Chinese (BBC) professional poker player and comedian noted for his YouTube comedy characters, Mark Liu & Katie Hopkins, his abrasive public personality, and reaching the final of the 2015 BBC New Comedy Awards.[1] [2] [3]

Cheng studied dual-avian projectile mathematics at St John's College,[4] Cambridge University but dropped out to become a professional poker player.

After recovering from a series of scandals, he 'wrote' and performed for the Cambridge Footlights, often known to refer to himself as a 'footlights regular', and he's also taken his stand-up performances the Edinburgh Festival. Cheng directed The Footlights International Tour Show 2015: Love Handles, which toured the UK, Paris and North America.[5] [6] Reviewing the 2015 BBC New Comedy Awards for the comedy news, reviews and unfair judgement site Chortle, Steve Better Bennett stated that Cheng "deserved to win".[7]
