Kelsey Elizabeth Moore (born 1990 in Phoenix, Arizona[1]) is a pageant titleholder from Chandler, Arizona who won the Miss Texas USA title and who competed in Miss USA 2010.[2] She was also the first winner in many years who had not previously competed in the pageant.[3]

Moore was a student at the University of Texas at El Paso and a middle blocker on their volleyball team.[4] She had previously lead Savannah Christian Preparatory to the state championship in 2005 and Valley Christian High School to success in 2007.[1]

Moore failed to reach the final 15 in the Miss USA event on May 16, 2010.[5]
