List of Banjo-Kazooie characters
The Banjo-Kazooie series features a constant set of characters, with only a few additions made with each game. Said additions are mostly limited to supporting characters, while the main protagonists always remain Banjo and Kazooie, opposed by the antagonist Gruntilda. The only constant change is that of the duo's mentor, with Bottles in Banjo-Kazooie, his brother Jamjars in Banjo-Tooie and their ancestor Bozzeye in Banjo-Kazooie: Grunty's Revenge. In Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts and Bolts, this role is occupied by the Lord of Games. Since most characters appear since the first game, a lot of the dialogue or humor in later games is made by referring to previous games or events.
The only playable characters in the single player mode of each game are Banjo and Kazooie, with Mumbo being playable in Banjo-Tooie. The multiplayer of Banjo-Tooie allows the player to also control other characters such as Jamjars, Humba or Gruntilda. The spin-off Banjo-Pilot features some of the cast racing against each other, while Banjo and Kazooie have also appeared in some games outside the series.
Since within the series timeline, Banjo-Kazooie: Grunty's Revenge is set between Banjo-Kazooie and Banjo-Tooie, the biographies of characters involved in all three games will be structured according to the aforementioned timeline.
Major Characters
Banjo
Banjo the Honey Bear is an anthropomorphic brown bear inhabiting Spiral Mountain, a small isolated corner on the Isle O' Hags. His personality is portrayed as easygoing, friendly, wise, peaceful and polite, always trying to solve problems diplomatically and apologizing for Kazooie's behaviour. However, he is also quite lazy and lacks courage, often refusing to take any action until sufficiently encouraged. In Grunty's Revenge and Banjo-Tooie, he is able to separate himself from Kazooie, while most of his moves involve his backpack. In Nuts and Bolts, he operates the vehicles while Kazooie uses the magical wrench. Banjo is named after the eponymous instrument and also plays it.
Though content with his quiet and peaceful way of life, Banjo's sister Tooty and his best friend Kazooie convince him to take them on an adventure. The day said adventure is set to start, however, Tooty is kidnapped by Gruntilda and Banjo is forced to enter Gruntilda's lair in search of her. With the help of his friend Kazooie, Mumbo Jumbo's shaman magic, and the guidance of Bottles the mole, Banjo is able to complete the worlds within the castle and save his sister, which seems to be good enough for him until everybody pushes him to finish the job and defeat Gruntilda. After a long fight on the roof of her lair, Banjo sends Gruntilda falling to the ground below, where she is buried under a large rock.
In Banjo-Kazooie: Grunty's Revenge, set two months later, Banjo has to travel back in time after Gruntilda transfers her soul into a robot, kidnaps Kazooie, and time-travels 20 years into the past to prevent the two from ever meeting. After the time travel, Banjo meets Bottles' ancestor Bozzeye, who has been foretold of his arrival by Mumbo, and is mentored through the first two worlds until Kazooie is retrieved. The two reunite and free the other worlds from Grunty's control and confront her in her lair, then destroy her host body and force her to travel back to her original body in the still-unchanged present.
After that, Banjo enjoys peace in Spiral Mountain for two years until the events of Banjo-Tooie when Gruntilda's sisters Blobbelda and Mingella arrive to free Grunty (now a decomposed skeleton) from her prison. As the three wreak havoc on the Isle O' Hags, Banjo and Kazooie once again set out to stop the witch as they journey across the entire island in search of them. Assisted by Mumbo and new allies Humba Wumba and Jamjars, Gruntilda is once again defeated and life and peace on the island are restored. The four of them later celebrate by playing kickball, with Grunty's skull as the ball.
In Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts and Bolts, eight years have passes since the end of Tooie. In this time, Banjo and Kazooie have mostly sat around eating pizza and playing video games, and are now incredibly out-of-shape as a result. Despite being only a skull, Gruntilda somehow returns to Spiral Mountain and challenges the two to a final duel to determine the true owner of the land. The Lord of Games appears and, annoyed by their pitiful performances, offers to let them have a true challenge of his creation. Seeing as how none of them are in any shape to compete and feeling that he needs to "broaden the demographic", L.O.G. restores their physical fitness but takes away their moves in favor of a vehicle-themed contest in which Banjo and Gruntilda build a wide variety of cars, boats, and planes as they compete in L.O.G.'s Showdown Town and the game worlds within. After many battles, Banjo and Kazooie triumph and win back their moves and the deeds for Spiral Mountain, while Gruntilda is banished to work in L.O.G. video game factory forever.
A few months before the release of Banjo-Kazooie, Banjo made his video game debut in the racing game Diddy Kong Racing, in which he receives a phone call from his friend Diddy Kong to help him fight the evil wizard Wizpig. He later appears as a playable character in Banjo-Pilot and Sonic & Sega All-Stars Racing.
Kazooie
Kazooie the red-crested Breegull is a bird of the fictional breegull species and Banjo's best friend. Unlike Banjo, Kazooie is rude and foul-mouthed, frequently provoking and insulting others, especially her mole mentors (who often give her nicknames as well). She is also shown to be brave and rather reckless, never shying away from a fight. Hence her name, she plays the kazoo. In Grunty's Revenge and Banjo-Tooie, Kazooie is able to separate herself from Banjo, enabling her to run faster and jump farther. In Nuts and Bolts, she uses the magical wrench while Banjo operates the vehicles. She appears as a playable character in Banjo-Pilot and Sonic & Sega All-Stars Racing.
In the first game, Banjo's little sister Tooty is kidnapped by Gruntilda and Banjo is forced to save her by entering Gruntilda's lair. Kazooie assists him and together they are able to complete the worlds within the castle and save Banjo's sister, then defeat and bury Gruntilda under a large rock.
In Banjo-Kazooie: Grunty's Revenge, set two months later, Gruntilda transfers her soul in a robot and kidnaps Kazooie, then time-travels 20 years into the past with her to prevent the two from ever meeting. She is held hostage in Breegull Beach until Banjo comes to save her. Reunited, Banjo and Kazooie free the other worlds from Grunty's control and confront her in her lair, destroying her host body and forcing her to travel back to her original body in the present.
In Banjo-Tooie, Blobbelda and Mingella free their sister Gruntilda after her two years of imprisonment, and Kazooie travels with Banjo across the Isle O' Hags to defeat the witch once again. After Grunty is defeated, Kazooie returns to her life of peace and quiet with Banjo. Eight years later in Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts and Bolts, Kazooie takes part in the Lord of Games's new Showdown Town with Banjo as they and Gruntilda compete for ownership of Spiral Mountain. As L.O.G. has taken her moves, Kazooie is instead given a magic wrench that allows her to grab objects and assemble all manner of vehicles. Once again, Banjo and Kazooie defeat their old enemy and win the deed to Spiral Mountain.
Bottles
Bottles the Mole is Banjo and Kazooie's tutor in the first game. He does not get along with Kazooie at all, with the two frequently insulting and provoking one another. He witnesses Tooty's capture and being of her best friends, he assists Banjo and Kazooie in freeing her by teaching them new moves. In Banjo-Tooie, he is killed by Gruntilda's magical spells when he refuses to take shelter after Mumbo warns them of Grunty's return, as he had been previously tricked by Kazooie about the same thing. His ghost remains in front of Banjo and Kazooie's house until near the end of the game, when Banjo and Kazooie use the witches' Big O' Blaster (B.O.B.) to restore Bottles to life. In Nuts and Bolts, Bottles is cast in multiple roles during L.O.G.'s contest, his main role being a tour guide in Showdown Town.
Tooie introduces Bottles' wife and children, Speccy and Googles, as well as his militant brother Jamjars who fills his former role as the teacher of new moves. His ancestor Bozzeye likewise serves this role in Grunty's Revenge. He is a playable character in Banjo-Pilot, being the most effective driver in the game.
Mumbo Jumbo
Mumbo Jumbo is a shaman and a close friend of Banjo and Kazooie. His past largely remains a mystery, but he frequently states that he was the best student at the Handsome Shaman Institute. He used to be Gruntilda's teacher in the art of magic, but she turned to dark magic and transformed his head into a skull. While generally helpful, he carries a huge grudge against fellow shaman Humba Wumba and sometimes gets into fights with Kazooie. His magic has also been known to misfire at times, such as accidentally turning Banjo and Kazooie into a washing machine on random occasions.
Mumbo first appears in Banjo-Kazooie as the "best shaman in all game". Found in multiple worlds starting in Mumbo's Mountain, he transforms Banjo and Kazooie into animals and plants in return for Mumbo Tokens, as Mumbo wants to help the bear and bird beat Grunty to get his face back (though this never happens despite Grunty's multiple defeats). When Kazooie is kidnapped and taken into the past by Grunty in Grunty's Revenge, Mumbo sends Banjo back in time and informs Bozzeye and his past self by sending letters back in time as well. The Mumbo from the past assumes a similar role as in the first game and helps the two by transforming them.
In Banjo-Tooie, he witnesses Grunty's resurrection and warns the others to take shelter, though Bottles refuses to believe him and is killed. Mumbo's role largely differs from the first game, as transformations are taken over by Humba Wumba. He can now be controlled by the player himself and is found in every level, where he can unleash a specific spell like healing the yellow sickly Styracosaurus named Scrat. Mumbo requires one magical creature called a Glowbo for each world he is playable in.
In Nuts and Bolts Mumbo's role is once more changed drastically, as he is turned into a car mechanic who runs his own garage by L.O.G. He helps gather vehicle parts for Banjo and Kazooie and also appears in different roles in L.O.G.'s worlds, much to his dismay.
Mumbo also appears as a playable character in Banjo-Pilot.
Jamjars
Drill Sergeant Jamjars the Mole is Bottles' brother and takes over his duties as mentor after his brother's death in the beginning of Banjo-Tooie. Like Bottles, he does not get along with Kazooie but displays a more militaristic and strict behavior towards the duo in general. He does not reside in molehills but in hatches and teaches new moves in rhymes to a marching song. In Nuts and Bolts, he has a voice-only appearance in the opening cutscene in which he has become the MC of Spiral Mountain's local radio station and berates Banjo and Kazooie on how fat and lazy they have gotten.
Humba Wumba
Humba Wumba is a female Native-American shaman that is introduced in Banjo-Tooie. She carries a huge grudge towards Mumbo Jumbo and frequently boasts that her magic is superior to his in every way. Residing in a wigwam, Wumba takes over the role of transforming Banjo and Kazooie in the various worlds, turning them into creatures and objects such as an armored car, a T-Rex, a washing machine (which unlike Mumbo's is actually useful), and even a snowball. Like Mumbo, she requires a Glowbo in each world to use her magic, and she also seeks a giant Mega Glowbo that allows her to turn Kazooie into a fire-breathing dragon.
In Nuts and Bolts, L.O.G. has turned Wumba into a saleswoman for blueprints and vehicle parts and casts her in other roles with each world. She also appears as a playable character in Banjo-Pilot.
Bozzeye
Bozzeye the Mole is an ancestor of Bottles and Jamjars who inhabited Spiral Mountain 20 years ago. He is informed of Banjo travelling back in time by Mumbo and mentors Banjo and Kazooie during the events of Grunty's Revenge. He is old, has a long white beard and two lazy eyes, a fact that Kazooie frequently mocks him for.
Lord of Games
The Lord of Games, often referred to as L.O.G., appears in Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts and Bolts is the lord of all video gaming and as such has created every video game that ever existed (even the ones that don't sell). Within the gaming world, he has omnipotence, being able to stop time, create new worlds in an instant and ascribe new jobs to video game characters. Sick and tired of the ongoing rivalry between Banjo, Kazooie and Grunty and disgusted at their poor physical appearances since Tooie, L.O.G. offers them a final competition in a new world of his creation: Showdown Town. The winner gains the deed for Spiral Mountain, and the loser is doomed to work for all eternity in his video game factory.
L.O.G. restores Banjo and Kazooie's fitness and gives them a magical wrench, and also gives Gruntilda an artificial body and a new sidekick, Piddles. To make the contest more fair, he takes away Banjo and Kazooie's moves as well as Grunty's magic and forces them to rely on vehicles and devices of their own creation to complete his challenges in Showdown Town and the worlds within it. He appears as a referee in the final showdown for Spiral Mountain and personally congratulates Banjo and Kazooie on their victory after Gruntilda is defeated.
Antagonists
Gruntilda
Gruntilda Winkybunion, commonly referred to as Grunty, is the main antagonist of the series. She is stylized as a stereotypical evil witch with green skin. Like Banjo, Gruntilda lives in Spiral Mountain, where a giant mountainside lair built in the image of her face resides. Almost all of Gruntilda's dialogue is spoken in rhyme, though her sisters make her drop this habit in Banjo-Tooie out of annoyance.
In the beginning of Banjo-Kazooie, Gruntilda kidnaps Banjo's little sister Tooty out of jealousy for her beauty and attempts to steal it for herself using a giant machine. To rescue Tooty, Banjo and Kazooie pursue the witch into her lair and slowly climb their way to the top as they explore the magical worlds inside and collect the jigsaw pieces ("Jiggies") and musical notes necessary to reach the higher floors. When the pair of heroes nearly reach the top, Gruntilda forces them to play a giant quiz game called "Grunty's Furnace Fun" before they are allowed to rescue Tooty. Afterwards, Grunty battles the two at the top of her tower but is thrown off the building and buried under a huge rock.
After her henchman Klungo tries to free her for two months, he builds a giant robot ("Mecha-Grunty") for the witch to transfer her soul into. Now free to move again, Grunty kidnaps Kazooie and travels back in time with her to prevent Banjo from ever meeting his breegull friend, setting the events of Grunty's Revenge into motion. Banjo follows them and frees Kazooie, then defeats Mecha-Grunty in multiple battles to ultimately destroy her robot body and send her ghost back to where she belongs in the present.
Grunty orders Klungo to get her sisters Blobbelda and Mingella, who in Tooie finally arrive two years later in their giant Hag 1 drilling machine and free her from her tomb. However, her body has decomposed due to being trapped underground for so long and she is now a walking skeleton. Mumbo witnesses her return and warns the others before Grunty blows up Banjo's house, though Bottles refuses to leave and is killed. Escaping to Cauldron Keep, the three witches activate the Big O' Blaster, designed to absorb all the life-force out of anything it hits so that Gruntilda can use it to restore herself to normal. Banjo and Kazooie again set out to defeat her, fighting through the many worlds located on the island before finally confronting her in Cauldron Keep. Again, Grunty runs a quiz game dubbed "The Tower of Tragedy Quiz" and makes her sisters play against Banjo only to crush them with weights when they lose. Afterwards, Gruntilda confronts Banjo and Kazooie atop the tower in the Hag 1. This time, Grunty ends up losing her entire body when the machine explodes, and only her skull remains (which is promptly used by the heroes for a game of kickball).
It takes her skull eight years to crawl back to Spiral Mountain for the beginning of Nuts and Bolts, where she once again challenges Banjo and Kazooie in a final duel for ownership of Spiral Mountain (so that she can industrialize it into her own "Grunty Acres"). The Lord of Games stops them and instead offers a new kind of challenge in Showdown Town. Gruntilda is given a new robot body for her skull to move around in, as well as a new sidekick named Piddles. However, L.O.G. takes away Grunty's magic, so she instead studies mechanics and builds various vehicles and Gruntbot minions to bedevil Banjo and Kazooie. Gruntilda is fought multiple times over the course of the game, culminating in a giant vehicle vs. vehicle showdown on Spiral Mountain, but she is again defeated and is sent to work in L.O.G.'s video game factory for eternity. Despite this, Grunty boasts that she'll have her revenge when she creates her own video game.
Gruntilda also appears as a playable character in Banjo-Pilot.
Klungo
Klungo is Gruntilda's minion for the first three games. He is a green ogre-like "Gruntling" who creates machines and potions to aid Grunty in her schemes. He uses poor grammar when he speaks, and extends the letter S in words (for example, "Mistress" is pronounced "Missstresss").
Klungo first appears in Banjo-Kazooie though he is only seen in a few cutscenes helping Grunty operate the machine that would transfer Tooty's beauty to her. After Gruntilda is defeated, he is seen trying to push the huge rock off her body to no avail.
In Banjo-Kazooie: Grunty's Revenge, set two months later, Klungo builds a robotic host body for Grunty to transfer her soul into. After that, the two kidnap Kazooie and travel back in time to prevent their enemies from ever meeting. Klungo appears as a boss four times, using force shield and invisibility potions as well as ghosts. After Gruntilda is defeated, he is also sent back to the future, where he is advised by Grunty to get her sisters and again tries to push off the rock in the meantime.
After Grunty's sisters appear and free Grunty in Tooie, the three witches wreak havoc on the Isle O' Hags with the Hag 1 and the B.O.B., and Klungo follows them on foot to make sure Banjo and Kazooie don't catch up to his mistress. His role is expanded compared to the first game, as he appears as a boss three times and uses potions to both enhance himself and attack Banjo. Each time he loses, Klungo goes to Grunty to get himself punished, resulting in his appearance looking worse and worse with each battle. In the end, Klungo finally decides that he's had enough of Gruntilda as a boss and leaves to "find easssy desssk job, make ssstupid gamesss"
In Nuts and Bolts, Klungo indeed achieves this goal, as he runs an arcade in Showdown Town where one can play his own game Hero Klungo Sssavesss Teh World. In the DLC "L.O.G.'s Lost Challenges", he has also created a sequel named Hero Klungo Sssavesss Teh Universsse. He is also cast in other roles as each of L.O.G.'s worlds dictates.
Klungo appears as a playable character in Banjo-Pilot.
Blobbelda and Mingella Winkybunion
Blobbelda and Mingella are the two younger witch sisters of Gruntilda. While Blobbelda is short and fat, Mingella is long and thin. The two arrive to rescue her in Banjo-Tooie, after Grunty orders Klungo to go get them after losing in Grunty's Revenge. They build a giant drilling machine dubbed Hag 1 and free her from her tomb. Together, the three witches wreak havoc on the Isle O' Hags and use the B.O.B. to suck the life out of its inhabitants. In Cauldron Keep, the two are flattened by Gruntilda after losing the Tower of Tragedy Quiz against Banjo and Kazooie.
Piddles
Piddles the Cat is introduced by L.O.G. as Gruntilda's new sidekick in Nuts and Bolts. Gruntilda initially refuses her and kicks her away but is attacked by Piddles in return. Despite this, Piddles aids Gruntilda by her schemes in some of the levels. In the final battle in Spiral Mountain, she and Gruntilda are defeated and sent to work in L.O.G.'s video game factory, where Piddles acts as Grunty's supervisor.
Supporting Characters
Tooty
Tooty the Honey Bear is Banjo's younger sister and has always tried to convince him to go on an adventure with her. The day said adventure is set to start; however, she is kidnapped by Gruntilda, who wants to absorb her beauty. Her brother Banjo and her best friend Kazooie set out to rescue her. She is the first prize in Grunty's Furnace Fun and is saved by Banjo and Kazooie after their win.
Tooty makes no further appearances in the series outside of various background pictures, one of which is seen in Banjo-Tooie on a giant milk carton and implying that she has gone missing since the first game.
Brentilda
Brentilda appears in Banjo-Kazooie as one of the Winkybunion sisters. Unlike her witch sisters, she has taken on the occupation of a stereotypical fairy godmother and is nice to Banjo and Kazooie. When found, Brentilda tells the pair about Gruntilda's disgusting personal habits and hobbies, which later help them succeed in Grunty's Furnace Fun.
Captain Blubber
Captain Blubber is a sea hippo pirate. He first appears in Treasure Trove Cove in Banjo-Kazooie, where the duo needs to rescue his treasure from his shipwrecked ship, The Salty Hippo, because he cannot swim. In Grunty's Revenge, he appears as a child version of himself, referred to as Little Blubber, and challenges Banjo to a minigame. In Banjo-Tooie, his ship has sunk completely and he now runs an unsuccessful wave racer shop. In the end of the game, he is seen riding the UFO Saucer of Peril, but it crashes into Showdown Town by the time of Nuts and Bolts
Boggy
Boggy the Polar Bear is an obese bear that loves sledding. He first appears in Banjo-Kazooie as an opponent in Freezeezy Peak, where he can be challenged for two races. In Banjo-Tooie, he and his family have moved to the icy side of Hailfire Peaks. As he is hungry but too lazy to leave his chair and the TV, he offers Banjo and Kazooie a Jiggy if they can bring him food. In Nuts and Bolts, he runs a small gym in Showdown Town, as his wife kicked him out to go work, and appears in several worlds.
Gobi
Gobi the Camel is a camel found in several worlds in Banjo-Kazooie and Banjo-Tooie. After they freed it in Gobi's Valley, the duo jumps on him to release his water safings in both the same world and Click Clock Wood in the first game, and they are done in the next game the same manner. For that, he carries a certain grudge for and fear from the two. While not appearing in Nuts and Bolts, he has two vehicles designed after him.
The Jinjos
The Jinjos are a race of magical creatures that live on the Isle O' Hags. Fearing their power and hating their constantly-happy attitudes, Gruntilda imprisoned many Jinjos in her lair. As they search for Tooty, Banjo and Kazooie rescue the Jinjos and are given extra Jiggies for their heroism. During the final battle, the Jinjos help Banjo and Kazooie by using their magic to damage Grunty, then by summoning a giant robot Jinjo dubbed "The Jinjonator" to deliver a final coup de grâce and send Grunty falling to her grave. In Grunty's Revenge, the Jinjos of the past are scared off by Gruntilda's arrival, and Banjo is asked by a giant stone Jinjo Oracle to locate them during his journey in exchange for Jiggies.
In Banjo-Tooie, the witches' Hag 1 tears through the Jinjo Village and sends them running all over the Isle O' Hags, forcing Banjo and Kazooie to rescue them again during their quest. Tooie also introduces the Minjos, impostor Jinjos who attempt to fool Banjo and Kazooie into getting close so they can attack. In Nuts and Bolts, Jinjos can be found in L.O.G.'s game worlds and will task Banjo and Kazooie with various challenges in exchange for tokens. In Showdown Town, the pair must also rescue six Jinjos from various cages and locate a Minjo to lock up in each Jinjo's place.
King Jingaling
King Jingaling is a yellow Jinjo who is the king of all Jinjos, and the ruler of Jinjo Village. He is turned into a zombie in Banjo-Tooie when the B.O.B. sucks his life force out of him, leaving him aimlessly wandering his palace and moaning about various events on the Isle O' Hags. After Banjo and Kazooie complete the "Tower of Tragedy Quiz", they reverse the machine, giving him his life back. In Nuts and Bolts, Jingaling runs a bingo business in Showdown Town.
While not appearing in Grunty's Revenge, there is a chopped off stone head in front of Grunty's castle, indicating that it might have been his.
Master Jiggywiggy
Master Jiggywiggy is the leader of a sect dedicated to worshiping a giant Crystal Jiggy in their temple. As revealed in Grunty's Revenge, Gruntilda has cursed the Jiggy priests, so that they cannot touch the Jiggies, thus relying on Banjo and Kazooie to collect them. When the duo has gathered enough Jiggys, he allows them to use the Crystal Jiggy to open new worlds in Grunty's Revenge, while they have to complete a puzzle in Banjo-Tooie. While not appearing in Nuts and Bolts Jolly Dodger sells a Jiggy named "Mr. Jiggywiggy", as his head is a Jiggy.
Honey B
Honey B is a giant bee who appears in Banjo-Tooie and Grunty's Revenge selling additional honeycombs in both games to extend Banjo's life meter. She proclaims herself to be the "Mistress of the Honey", though she later confesses in Tooie that she is merely an "Apprentice of the Honey" after the final honeycomb is purchased.
Jolly Roger
Jolly Roger appears in Tooie. He is a frog and the mayor of the eponymous lagoon, in which he also runs a tavern. He asks the duo to go find his business partner for the approaching happy hour and rents them a room in which one of Jamjars' hatches is placed. In Nuts and Bolts, he is turned from mayor into a shady bootlegger who sells stolen Jiggies to Banjo and Kazooie and has changed his name to Jolly Dodger. He also appears in some of the game's worlds. He is a playable character in Banjo-Pilot.
Mr. Fit
Mr. Fit the Aardvark is a sport-obsessed aardvark that premieres in Banjo-Tooie. He appears in Cloud Cuckooland, where he challenges Banjo and Kazooie to three sport contests. When succeeded, he awards the duo with a Jiggy. He reappears in Nuts and Bolts, where he can be found in several worlds.
Trophy Thomas
Trophy Thomas the Cheetah is an overly competitive inhabitant of Showdown Town who also appears in several worlds of Nuts and Bolts. In every challenge of the game, he has set a certain requirement above those of a regular jiggy. If the duo meets said requirement, they are awards a T.T. Trophy, four of which equal a bonus Jiggy he gives the player by his house in Showdown Town.
Pikelet
Pikelet is the obese chief of the Showdown Town Police. He enforces his laws in the city and keeps patrol cars around at all hours, although he can be bribed. He also appears in several worlds of Nuts and Bolts.
