Kavita Jain (born September 2, 1972) is a politician, MLA and Cabinet Minister (appointed on 26th October 2014) in the Government of Haryana state, India

Personal Life

She is married to Shri. Rajiv Jain (former Press Advisor to Chief Minister, Haryana and currently state vice president of Bhartiy Janta Party Haryana and has 1 daughter and 1 son. She completed M.Com and B.Ed from Rohtak and she enjoys Badminton.

Political Life

In 2009 and again in 2014, as a candidate of Bharatiya Janata Party from Sonepat, she was elected as MLA of the Haryana Legislative Assembly, India. She was elected in 2009 and 2014 from Sonepat as a candidate of Bharatiya Janata Party. On 26th October 2014, she was sworn in as cabinet-rank Minister in the Government of Haryana.[1]
