Katrina Mathers
Katrina Mathers is an Australian-based actor and filmmaker. She produced the multi-award winning animations Nullarbor[1] and The Gallant Captain[2][3][4][5] (which she also co-directed with Greame Base).[6] Mathers has been a writer/performer on sketch shows Flipside (ABC TV) and The Wedge (Network 10) where she was most widely known as the Sandra Sully newsreading spoof character of Sandra Sultry. She also appeared as the Nurse in the original Saw short film and has played lead guest roles in many Australian TV shows including Wilfred, All Saints, City Homicide, Blue Heelers and others. A Tropfest finalist director with the short film The Referees,[7] Mathers also wrote the winning short film screenplay No Mail for the Australian Series 2 of Project Greenlight and she's been a Moosehead Award recipient for her work in comedy.
