Karolina Kołeczek (born 15 January 1993 in Sandomierz) is a Polish athlete specialising in the 100 metres hurdles.[2] She won silver medals at two consecutive European U23 Championships.
She has personal bests of 12.91 seconds in the 100 metres hurdles (+1.7 m/s, Bydgoszcz 2015) and 8.05 seconds in the 60 metres hurdles (Prague 2015).
