Karasu (Kazakh: Қарасу ауданы) is a district of Kostanay Region in eastern Kazakhstan. The administrative center of the district is the selo of Karasu.[2] Population: 27,879 (2013 estimate);[1] 29,238 (2009 Census results);[3] 37,360 (1999 Census results).[3]
