Creek Marina, located in Phase VIII of DHA Karachi, will be completed in year 2017.[2] It will be the first 6-star residential development in Pakistan.
The project has Meinhardt Group as the leading developer. The design team includes other design firms such as Hirsch Bedner Associates of USA & Chao Tse Ann of Singapore.
The building is under construction at the moment with the fourth tower's super structure reaching its 17th floor, as of September 2013. The project's estimated year of completion is 2017.
Location
Creek Marina is in Creek City, a self-contained development that is around 25-minutes from the city and 30-minutes from the Karachi International Airport.
