Kani Shirin Rural District (Persian: دهستان كاني شيرين) is a rural district (dehestan) in Karaftu District, Divandarreh County, Kurdistan Province, Iran.[1] At the 2006 census, its population was 5,477, in 1,098 families.[2] The rural district has 18 villages.
