Kampyle is a SaaS tech startup that has been empowering brands and businesses to listen and engage with their customers since 2007.

History

Kampyle was founded in 2007 by Ariel Finkelstein, Eylon Steiner and Eran Savir.[1] Amongst its initial investors was the Internet entrepreneur Yossi Vardi. Kampyle started selling its range of feedback solutions, with a freemium go-to-market model, in 2008.[2]

In 2009, Kampyle raised additional funding from venture capital fund Carmel Ventures.[3]

In March 2011, Kampyle's real-time feedback analytics solution was made available on the Salesforce.com's AppExchange.[4]

In November 2011, Kampyle announced that it had more than 45,000 companies using Kampyle's feedback forms and analytics reporting.[5]

Overview

Technology

While web analytics cannot give insight into the motivation and actual user experience, Kampyle's feedback analytics enhances the capabilities of a company to understand their website users.[6]

Products

Feedback is seen as an empirical tool to gain insight into user behavior and motivation, and to optimize marketing and website strategies. Kampyle is said to have processed more than 12 million feedback forms in over 60 languages in 191 countries.[7] Kampyle offers a free (very limited) product, a small-business product with differing levels of functionality, and a full-function Enterprise solution aimed at medium and large businesses.

Kampyle offers integrations and plug-ins for Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Facebook, Omniture SiteCatalyst, Salesforce.com, NedStat (now ComScore), ClickTale, WordPress, Drupal and Joomla.
