Kamil Szmerdt (born 16 October 1987 in Tychy, Poland) is a Polish gay rights activist, poet and beauty pageant participant. He represented Poland at Mr Gay Europe 2009,[1] and at Mr Gay World 2010.[2] In the 2010 competition, Szmerdt finished in the top ten of the final contestants. He published his first collection of poetry in 2012, with a second collection released in 2014.[3][4]
