Kamala Nehru College is located at the August Kranti Marg, New Delhi. It was established in the year 1964 and is affiliated to University of Delhi.[1] In 2013 the college rated as the best 40 commerce college in India by India Today.[2]

History

Kamala Nehru college was established in 1964 as a Government College for Women and was located in Defence Colony, Delhi. In the year 1966 the college was renamed 'Modern College for Women' and shifted to August Kranti Marg, New Delhi. Later in 1974 the college was re-named after the freedom fighter Kamala Nehru, and finally christened as Kamala Nehru College.
