Kaanal Neer (Tamil: கானல் நீர் ; English: Mirage ) is a 1961 Indian Tamil film written and directed by P. S. Ramakrishna Rao. The film, which was simultaneously made in Telugu as Batasari, stars A. Nageswara Rao and P. Bhanumathi in the lead.
