The Kazakhstan Electricity Grid Operating Company (KEGOC) is a national transmission grid operator of Kazakhstan. It was established according to Government Resolution of 28 September 1996 on 11 July 1997. All of KEGOC's shares are held by the state-owned holding company Samruk-Kazyna.
