Justincase is the self-titled debut studio album by American alternative rock group Justincase, released on October 29, 2002.

With the help of singer/songwriter Michelle Branch, Justincase signed with Maverick Records in 2001 and released their debut album through the label. "Don't Cry For Us," co-written with Branch, became the lead single for the album.[1] After a short tour sponsored by Wal-Mart, the band was dropped by their label due to lackluster sales despite heavy promotion if this album. Unable to secure another recording contract, the band went on an indefinite hiatus in 2003.
