Julian Fiske Harrington (19011984) served as the United States Ambassador to Panama from August 30, 1955 to July 14, 1960.

Harrington was born in Framingham, Massachusetts.[1] He graduated from Columbia University.[1] He served as a United States vice counsel in Mexico, Spain, and Canada prior to serving as ambassador in Panama.
