Jugnu Ishiqui (earlier Suman Mishra)[1] (born 24 December 1989) is an Indian actress, model and a dancer.
Personal life
Jugnu was born and brought up in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand. She completed her schooling from D.B.M.S. English School and her higher schooling from Motilal Nehru Public School. She completed her graduation from Sophia College for Women in Mumbai. Her father Sushil Kumar Mishra is a doctor.[2] She has been practicing dance since the age of four and did her masters in Kathak dance.[3]
Career
Jugnu started her career as modelling and came into limelight when she did a photoshoot with firecrackers on Diwali.[4] She did few promos for MTV's program "Fully Faltoo" and a music video for the Cricket World Cup.[5] She did a photoshoot for Debonair magazine cover which was published in September 2009. She also did campaigns for the country's fashion brand "Jashn" and was also announced as "Femina's Model of the Month". She was also seen in the Channel V's show "Truth Love Cash" Season 2 as a temptress.[6] Jugnu attended Raosaheb Gurav's painting exhibition at Jehangir Art Gallery.[7]
