Joseph L. Hamilton was an American football coach in the United States.
Coaching career
Hamilton was the fourth head college football coach for the Ithaca Bombers located in Ithaca, New York. He held that position for 5 seasons, from 1951 until 1955. His coaching record at Ithaca was 7 wins, 22 losses and 3 ties. As of the conclusion of the 2010 season, this ranks him #5 at Ithaca in total wins and #7 at the school in winning percentage (.266).[1] He currently serves as an emeritus professor at Ithaca.[2]
