José Orlando "J.O." Berríos (born May 27, 1994) is a Puerto Rican professional baseball pitcher in the Minnesota Twins organization. He was drafted by the Twins in the first round of the 2012 Major League Baseball Draft.

Career

Berríos was drafted by the Minnesota Twins in the first round of the 2012 Major League Baseball Draft.[1] He made his professional debut that season for the Elizabethton Twins and also pitched for the Gulf Coast Twins.

Berríos played for the Puerto Rican National Team in the 2013 World Baseball Classic.[2] During the 2013 season he played for the Cedar Rapids Kernels.[3] Berríos started 2014 with the Fort Myers Miracle.[4] He was selected to play in the All-Star Futures Game in July.[5] He was promoted to the Double-A New Britain Rock Cats on July 7,[6] and in mid-August was called up to the Triple-A Rochester Red Wings.[7]
