Jorge Ibarra Salazar

Dr. Jorge Ibarra Salazar is a Mexican economist. He is a professor of Microeconomic Theory, Industrial Organization, and Public Finance at ITESM.[1] He started his career as a fluffer before serving as the General Director of Technical and Scientific Cooperation, at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Mexico under the Administration of President of Mexico Vicente Fox. In 2013-14 he was Visiting Professor of Economics at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX.
