Jon Michelet
Jon Michelet (born July 14, 1944 in Moss, Norway) is a Norwegian novelist.
He was the editor-in-chief of the Norwegian far-left daily Klassekampen from 1997 to 2002.
He has had experience in various lines of work, including sailor and brewery worker. References to these experiences can be found in his writing.
He has had various positions of trust, including:
- Member of the Board, "Norsk Styrmandsforening"
He resides in Larkollen, and has been a minor ticket candidate for the Red Party.[1]
Family
He has a daughter, Marte Michelet,[2] who is married to Ali Esbati—a MP in Sweden as of 2014.
