John Koenig (born September 24, 1958) is an American diplomat and the United States Ambassador to Cyprus. He was confirmed by the U.S. Senate on August 2, 2012.[1] Sworn in on August 17, 2012, Koenig presented his credentials to Cypriot president Demetris Christofias on September 12, 2012.[1]
