Joel Morris

Joel Morris is a UK comedy writer. Along with Jason Hazeley, he has written for many British comedy shows, including That Mitchell and Webb Look and Charlie Brooker's Screenwipe and Newswipe programmes, as well as many others. He is one of the writers of Bollocks to Alton Towers.[1] a humorous guide book to the United Kingdom.

Morris was one of the founders of the Framley Examiner website. He is also lead singer in the band Candidate.[2][3]

In October 2015, it was announced that Morris had co-written a series of Ladybird books for adults with Jason Hazeley. The eight books, which parody the style and artwork of the company’s classic books for children, include the titles The Hangover, Mindfulness, Dating and The Hipster and will be published on 18 November 2015.[4]
