Joe Palmer (born February 19, 1988) is an American ice hockey former professional goaltender who last played with the Quad City Mallards of the Central Hockey League (CHL). He was selected by the Chicago Blackhawks in the 4th round (96th overall) of the 2006 NHL Entry Draft. He predominately played in the ECHL.[1][2]
