Joseph Michael "Joe" Francis (born 11 December 1970, Sydney) is an Australian politician. He has been a Liberal Party member of the Western Australian Legislative Assembly since the 2008 state election, representing Jandakot. He won the seat after overcoming the notional Labor majority.[1]
Joe Francis was elected to the Thirty-Eighth Parliament for Jandakot (new seat) on 6 September 2008 and re-elected March 2013.

Joe Francis was born on 11 December 1970 in Sydney, New South Wales. He arrived in Western Australia in 2000. Prior to entering Parliament he was a Naval Officer with the Royal Australian Navy (Submariner).[2]
