James Herold Dobson (born February 29, 1960 in Winnipeg, Manitoba) is a retired NHL forward. He played in 12 NHL games with the Minnesota North Stars, Colorado Rockies, and Quebec Nordiques.
Jim Dobson was the head coach of the Seattle Thunderbirds in 1987-88
