Jijoy Rajagopal

Jijoy Rajagopal (Malayalam: ജിജോയ് രാജഗോപാൽ) is an Indian film and theater actor predominantly working in the Malayalam movie industry. He hails from Irinjalakuda in Thrissur district of Kerala, India and is a theatre activist with more than a decade's worth of experience in the theatrical field. He has also acted in lots of Malayalam television serials. He has completed his Masters from School of Performing Arts, Pondicherry University and a university topper. He has debuted in the Malayalam film, Niram (1999).

Early life and education

Jijoy was born in Irinjalakuda. He has done his schooling and college studies at S.N Secondary school and Christ College respectively. He also completed his Masters from from School of Performing Arts, Pondicherry University and a university topper.

He has actively participated in the cultural festivals in the college and also a renowned actor in the dramas during his college days.

Acting career

He has started his career in the Malayalam film, Niram (1999) directed by "Kamal". A majority scenes of the film were filmed at the Christ College where he was studying during that time.
