Jessica Orsini (born Jeffrey Orsini, December 23, 1967) was Alderwoman for Ward III of Centralia, Missouri.[1] She was elected in 2006 and re-elected in 2008 and 2010; she declined to run for a fourth term in 2012. Orsini is openly transgender and pagan, and is one of a very few such individuals to have held elective office in the United States.[2][3]
