Jean-Marie Léyé
Jean-Marie Léyé Lenelgau (1932 – 9 December 2014) was President of Vanuatu from March 2, 1994 to March 2, 1999. In 1996, he was briefly abducted by the Vanuatu Mobile Force over a pay dispute.[1][2]
