Jammikunta is a large village,^[1] located in the Karimnagar district in the state of Telangana, India. It is located on the northern part of Telangana. It has a major industrial hub, a business centre, and a Mandal headquarters. Jammikunta serves as the centre for trade and education for more than 60 villages surrounding it. At the 2011 census it had a population of 32,645, 16,894 males and 15,751 females. ^[1]
