James W. "Skip" Hazzard was an American football coach in the United States.
Coaching career
Hazzard was the head college football coach for the Arkansas-Pine Bluff Golden Lions located in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. He held that position for 3 seasons, from 1932 until 1934.[1] His coaching record at Arkansas-Pine Bluff was 14 wins, 10 losses and 3 ties. As of the conclusion of the 2013 season, this ranks him #11 at Arkansas-Pine Bluff in total wins and #2 at the school in winning percentage (.574).[2]
