James Comyn
Sir James Comyn (1921–1997) was an Irish-born QC and Judge of the High Court of Justice of England. Born in Beaufield House, Stillorgan, County Dublin, he was educated and practised at the bar of England, and was appointed Recorder of Andover and subsequently Judge of the High Court.[1] He wrote a number of books on life in the law including "Summing it Up", "Irish at Law" and "Watching Brief".[2] He died in Co Meath in 1997.
