James Ramsey Atkins is an English-born Belgian rugby union footballer. He plays as scrum half for the Brussels Barbarians. A native Englishman, he has four international caps for Belgium.
James was the Baba's vice-captain for 2006–07. He was elected Chairman of the Baba's in 2007.
Also an accomplished cricketer, James is a member of the premiere English Cricket Clubs: Free Foresters Cricket Club, Marylebone Cricket Club and I Zingari.
James is the son of Rt Hon Sir Robert James Atkins and Cllr Lady Atkins. He married Kellie Calnan in 2006.[1]
