Jaleel Roberts (born October 14, 1992) is an American professional basketball player. He played college basketball for UNC Asheville.

High school career

Roberts attended Greensboro Day School where he averaged 8 points, 8 rebounds and 4 blocks per game while shooting 55% from the field, helping the Bengals reach a 23-5 overall record advancing to the state playoffs.[1]

College career

In four years at UNC Asheville, Roberts averaged 4.1 points, 3.2 rebounds and 1.4 blocks in 12.3 minutes per game with his best year being his senior year where he averaged 7 points, 5 rebounds and 2.6 blocks in 19.3 minutes per game.[1][2] On February 18, 2015, he set a set a school and conference record with a perfect shooting performance from the field, on a loss against Winthrop, making all of his 12 field-goal attempts for a career-high 25 points.[3]

Professional career

After going undrafted in the 2015 NBA draft, Roberts joined the Washington Wizards for the 2015 NBA Summer League.[4] On September 25, 2015, he signed with the Wizards,[5] only to be waived by the team on October 24 after appearing in three preseason games.[6]
