J. David Armstrong, Jr. is an American academic, and the current President of Broward College. Armstrong graduated with his Bachelor's degree in social science from the University of Montevallo. He received his Master's degree from Troy State University in management. In addition he completed Doctoral course work at Florida State University. In 2007 he was selected to be President of Broward College. Prior to this position, Armstrong was the Chancellor of the Florida College System from 2001 - 2006.[1]
